Return Policy

VisionMakers & Beavercreek Vision Center take great pride in providing a satisfactory return policy for all of our patients and customers. We do not charge any restocking fees for returns. 

All frames and contact lenses may be returned or exchaged within 30 days of purchase. Contact lens boxes must remain unopened in order to return, unless they are defective or arrive damaged. To return a product you must first request a return shipping label by emailing orders@visionmakers.com. Once your return is approved and you have received your return label the product must be sent back to us within 7 days.  Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

We offer a one year, no scratch guarantee for our prescription eyeglass and sunglass lenses.  We will replace your scratched lenses with a brand new pair for free within this timeframe.

All eyeglasses/sunglasses carry a manufacturer's warranty that covers any manufacturing defects. The manufacturer warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by accident, negligent handling of the product, improper use or self modifications or repairs that happen any time after shipment. 

The manufacturer warranty does cover but is not limited to: missing components, imperfections in lens or coating, premature deterioration, lenses popping out of the frame and defects in the frame. Please contact us for any warranty questions and claims and we will happily handle it for you and answer any specific questions you may have!
