Shipping Policy

All orders ship via USPS or UPS across the United States. Once the order has shipped out, you will receive an e-mail notification.  Order processing times for eyeglasses and sunglasses vary from few 1-7 business days. Order processsing times for contact lenses vary from 3-14 business days, based on prescription and frame availability.  Shipping times are on the top of the order processing time.  COVID has affected availability on some products.

Shipping across USA is free.                                                                                                                                   

All orders will be charged on the day order is completed.

Shipping Policy

Once shipped, all orders are the responsibility of USPS/UPS. Your order will be shipped to the address you provided when placing an order. If you have trouble receiving this order or it didn't arrive within a week, please contact us. We will inquire on your behalf about status of shipment. 

VisionMakers/Beavercreek Vision Center do not take responsibility for misdeliveries and damages during mail. If a problem arises, we will open a claim with USPS/UPS. If USPS/UPS made a mistake and refunds us, we will ship your order again or refund you the money, whichever is agreed upon.

If your order has returned to us due to a wrong address, we will notify you and arrange for delivery again. You will be responsible for the second shipping charge in this case.
